CABIN APPOINTMENTS INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Master Cabin 2 identical aft port & Starboard
All newly upholstered with waterproof (imitation leather) fabric
CABIN BRIGHT WORK: Beechwood stained interiors in excellent condition.
INTERIOR BULKHEADS: The interior teak bulkheads is well kept.
STORAGE AREAS: Comfortable cabinets, lockers, drawers, shelving make is ideal for cruising.
DOORWAYS: Solid wood cabin and head doors throughout vessel.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Accommodations for four couples in three cabins, plus easily convert table with short legs into a large kind of “king-size” bed for a fourth additional couple. The master stateroom on forward with head on V and double identical berth cabins on aft port and starboard. HEADS: Two (2) Jabsco Electric (not shown in picture) flush heads and two holding tanks with associated pump outs on deck.
FABRIC AND CUSHIONS: Note: New fabrics in faux leather waterproof fabric.
SHOWERS: There are stand up shower enclosures in the heads and they drain to the main grey water sump.
FAUCET FIXTURES: Faucet and fixtures in the galley were demand pump 12 volt, and foot pump operated.
LIGHT FIXTURES: 12 volt cabin LED lights for low voltage consumption.
AIR CONDITIONING UNITS: Two (2) CLIMMA self-contained units, 12,000 btu and 7,000 btu. Two individual extractor fans on aft cabins to switch on (independently) when temperature gets too cold in either cabin.
GENERATOR: 5.5kW Next Gen generator, about 380 Hours, in like new conditions located between aft cabins.
Spare starter (purchased by mistake). Genset handle the two AC starting far from full load.
